1. Scope and Operator

This Website Privacy Notice explains how Unvell LLC handles personal information through unvellpacks.com and its early-access waitlist. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes the broader Unvell Services and applicable privacy rights.

The public website provides product information and free early-access registration. The waitlist form does not collect payment credentials or create an app account. For privacy questions, contact support@unvellpacks.com.

2. Waitlist and Early Access

When you request early access, we collect your email address, request time, permission to contact you about access, invitation status and related communications. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send invitations and provide getting-started instructions.

Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter, guarantee an invitation or establish a commercial launch date. You may withdraw your request through support.

Waitlist information is stored privately through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email addresses are not published in a public list. When we invite you to TestFlight, we share the email information needed for Apple to administer beta access and send its invitation.

3. Website Visits and Security

Our hosting and network providers process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP address, requested page, request time, browser or device information, and operational or security logs.

The waitlist uses an anti-spam field and short-lived hashed connection identifiers with request counts to limit automated submissions. The application does not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. Rate-limit records expire from use after their hourly window and are removed during subsequent submissions.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Unvell's public website code does not set cookies or browser storage or include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded social content. Fonts and images are served with the website.

Hosting infrastructure may set essential security cookies, including Cloudflare's bot-management cookie. These distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential security cookies may affect access. See Cloudflare's cookie information.

We do not use this website for targeted advertising or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor recognized opt-out signals where required by law. Our broader Privacy Policy explains applicable signal and storage choices.

5. Correspondence

Email links open your email application; selecting a link alone does not send Unvell a message. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you include.

We use Google Workspace for business correspondence. Support information is used to respond, resolve requests and maintain relevant records. Do not email passwords, full payment credentials or identity documents. We will direct you to an appropriate secure process if such information is needed.

6. Use and Disclosure

We use website information to manage early access, respond to requests, deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Hosting, database and communications providers process information as needed for their services. Information may also be shared with Apple for requested beta access, professional advisers for authorized work, legally authorized recipients, or a genuine business successor as described in our Privacy Policy.

Access is limited to legitimate responsibilities. Website information is not sold or used for unrelated targeted advertising.

7. Retention and Privacy Requests

We retain waitlist information while needed to manage invitations and related onboarding communications. Support records are kept while reasonably needed to resolve or document requests or meet a continuing legal or security obligation. Provider logs and backups follow applicable retention practices.

Email support@unvellpacks.com with the subject “Privacy request” to withdraw a waitlist request or seek access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity in proportion to the request's sensitivity and retain records required by law.

The rights, response procedures and applicable deadlines in our Privacy Policy apply. We do not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.

8. Children, Security and Processing Locations

Unvell is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the website. Contact support if you believe a child has submitted information.

We use reasonable safeguards suited to the information and risk. No internet service is completely secure. Report a suspected security issue through support.

Information may be processed in the United States or another country where a service provider operates, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this notice when practices or applicable requirements change. The published date identifies the current notice. Material changes receive additional notice and consent where required by law.
